Piano students at the Brancaleoni International Music Festival study with internationally renowned artist-faculty members. In addition to private lessons, students have the opportunity to observe and participate in master classes taught by members of the piano artist-faculty. Every student will also have the chance to perform in at least one of the festival recitals. A minimum of three hours of daily practice will be made available to every student, and additional time may be available on a first come, first serve basis.  Faculty recitals, presentations, and workshops provide further opportunities to enjoy the immersive artistic learning environment at the BIMF.

Selected piano students will be able to participate in the Chamber Music and Duo Sonata program through collaboration with students in the BIMF String Program. Rehearsals and coachings with the artist-faculty will culminate in a chamber performance in one of the chamber music series concerts. Repertoire assignments will be announced three months prior to the festival start date. All students must submit an audition recording before the application deadline in order to be considered for chamber music placement.

For information on our Collaborative Piano Program, please visit the Voice Program page.

Day trips to cities in Italy are also included in the cost of tuition. For more information, visit the Information page.
